"Most of the staff was rude. We didnt get our bags until 1am and we had to go find them. The shower had boiling hot water or none. The area around the building smelled like sewage. The food was subpar even in the restaurants requiring reservations. The sheets/bedding and towels had stains on them. Housekeeping went thru my luggage. The beach was great, plenty of chairs. "

"We had a wonderful girls birthday trip at Zel. They have so many activities to choose from during the day (yoga, bike riding, drink making classes, embroidery) just to name a few. Our favorite part was the spa. We had great facials and spending the day using the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge was perfect on the rainy day we had. Our only complaint would be the beach needs more seating. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely go back."
