"Lobby was big open and inviting. Great first impression. Rooms were typical hotel rooms, perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean although over a few pools, still nice. Staff for the most part were great, friendly and accommodating. Language barrier here and there but you are in a different country. Food: buffet was a 4 out of 10. Some good options and some very bad options. Sat out for a little bit I think so choose carefully. The featured restaurants were awesome! 10/10 make sure you get...

"The rooms needed to be updated. Wood work was dirty. All outside bathrooms were not kept up. Good was mediocre at the best. Most of the staff were great. Beach and grounds were very nice. The pool was lovely. We stayed on the adult only side . The Palace was much nicer . For the price it was good."

"The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. "The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced.
The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep. "
