My family and I had an extraordinary time. The hotel is beautiful, and the food—both at the buffet and the restaurants—was delicious. The staff provided excellent service; I would especially like to highlight Miguel Garrido, who was always attentive to my stay, schedules, and tours, and even checked in on us after we had returned home. The employees were nice and helpful. The room was great and the rooftop jacuzzi was great for when everything closed and we still wanted to relax in the water. The only negatives is the beach was full of seaweed and we also seen a couple of bugs in a restaurant.

Our stay at Ocean El Faro was incredible. Many thanks to Carlos Enrique, our concierge, who took care of every detail from arrival to departure. I highly recommend the hotel; it is excellent. The rooms were always clean, and the minibar was restocked daily.
