The room was great and the costumer service 100/10. Our concierge Jose Miguel Jimenez was very attentive and helped us with any questions and concerns we had. He even help me made a surprise party for my mom. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel. Perfect for families. The food is great. We loved the Lazy River. The staff is very nice. Our concierge Kevin Paulino took care of everything for us and was in communication every day. We hope to go again.

The experience with Ocean El Faro has been horrible for us. I have been to many places before for all inclusive in Cuba, Mexico and Punta Cana and we have experienced something like this very first time. Let me put that here now what we went through: 1. 10th December (Checked @7.30PM) - we were told that we will be assigned a concierge upon arrival which we did not get until Day 3. So, basically after check-in, we had to figure out the things on our own right from Day 1. We missed quite a few things because of this as we were not explained thoroughly about the activities, food and things going on in the resort. Still, we did not get disappointed on Day 1. 2. 11th December (Day 2): We had hot water issue in the room which we were given on Day 1. Because of the same, we missed our excursion on Day 2 and had to give up some non-refundable deposit as well because of the same. Hot Water is basic necessity and this should not happen. 3. 12th December (Day 3): We had no Electricity in our room around 3-4 times on Day 3. I called number 0 and Informed my concierge on the same. It was not fixed in the morning as issue was unknown. But when I reported again in the night couple of times and last around 11 PM, they send a guy after 45 mins and disabled the sensor on the door. Temporarily it was fixed but somehow we did not had electricity again in the morning for almost 30 mins on Day 4. This was so ridiculous as it delayed our sleep schedule on Day 3 and hampered our next day.

Food quality C or D class below level in all aspects unfortunately. Would never recommend I always book holiday with Expedia and never had such awful experience.Upon arrival the check-in staff member wasn’t welcoming at all in fact it felt like he is doing us a favor. Secondly, the check-in staff hooked up one of the scam guys in white dress shirts who is also an employee of Ocean El Faro resort and kept harassing us each day throughout our entire stay to buy some 1 hour long scam presentation and membership so that he could get points. I mean it every single day while going for breakfast and lunch time we were harassed by him and same thing they were doing with other fellow guests also. Moving on the room’s amenities were very limited. The blow dryer had some scum on it not cleaned at all. Bed sheets linens were not properly folded by cleaning room staff. Only pillows were good. Air conditioning was not working properly I complained 3 times, but no action. No transportation was provided at check-in nor at checkout and had to walk with young children between room and lobby. Even after requesting it yesterday for checkout I was told “hang on transportation is coming, but unfortunately, when guy arrived he only took luggage to lobby as he didn’t had any transportation available for us. Room service menu is very very very limited and you can only order for from 11:00am to 10:30pm in rest of the hours you will have to pay $15 charge per order for room service which is ridiculous.

Did not even clean properly, had to remove candy myself of last stayed guest

Rooms were good size and very clean, staff very friendly and so helpful (even with my lack of Spanish) Food options were great - lots of choices even for my pickier eaters. Amenities were nice and varied, for both kids and adults.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The variety of cuisines offered was impressive, with something new and delicious to enjoy every day, making each dining experience feel special and unique. The daily activities were just as fantastic—there was always something going on, which kept every day exciting and different from the last. A special thank you to our customer specialist, Kevin Paulino, who truly made our stay even better. He was incredibly helpful with making reservations and was always available to answer any questions we had about the resort. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

No sustituyen las toallas de las habitaciones a pesar de solicitarlo y cada día van dejando menos. La limpieza en general deja mucho que desear. El primer día alguien derramó leche en un pasillo y hoy es el quinto día de esto y sigue sucio, no lo limpiaron en 5 días. En el buffet los alimentos tienen muchos aspectos por mejorar, los huevos y omelettes los sirven quemados y no tienen variedad por lo que se vuelve cansado desayunar ahí más de 4 días.

From arrival to checking out everything was great. Rooms where clean, food was great and all activities where awesome. My family and i enjoyed our stayed and will definitely return. Thanks to Kevin for all his assistance in making sure we didnt miss anything. He reserved our choice of restaurants everyday, via whatsapp. Also remind us all activities daily. All around great service!!!

We stayed at Ocean El Faro, Punta Cana for 7 days and had a great experience. The food was excellent, the resort was beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for kids. A special thanks to our butler Kevin Paulino who provided outstanding service and made our stay even better. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

This resort is one of the most clean and well kept that I have been to. We had our butler Kevin, which was amazing, checked in on us multiple times a day. He fixed problems immediately and always went above and beyond! The pool staff were very friendly and always had activities going on which kept it entertaining! The property was also very well kept and clean. The food was great especially when going to the restaurants! Overall I would rate this a 10 out of 10 no doubts! I would recommend every and anyone to go to ocean el faro, couples, singles, families, everyone!

The rooms were nice. Large balcony with great chairs. We loved the pools and beach - lots of options and chairs were easy to come by. The food was just good. Our favourite restaurant was Blue moon. We could always find lots of options at the buffet for breakfast but lunch was not our favourite. Bar service at the pool or beach depended on your tip.

Ocean El Faro had great pools with amazing lazy river, perfectly situated in the middle of the hotel complex. I enjoy staying there because it was a lot of shadow and was close to restroom and convenient snack bar. Our room was on 3rd floor and had very comfortable bed with firm but soft mattress. We also enjoyed our stay because our butler Kevin made that stay very enjoyable. He was sending us daily activities and helped to reserve dinners to great restaurants we went to. He always had a nice smile on his face and was making sure we were helped and satisfied.

A really excellent experience. There are other resorts out there that are a lot more expensive, but this one to me seemed top-notch. No complaints, except the fact that we requested two beds and they only gave us one bed and a sofa that folded out to be an uncomfortable bed. Enjoyed the food. Staff was great. I would definitely go there again. And access to the beach was fantastic. There are people who try to sell you stuff, but they are not aggressive. Once you tell them, no, they leave you alone.

It was so good to have an assigned Butler ( Kevin) at the beginning of the stay. We contacted him throughout our stay there and we received a quick response with resolution to our issues. For example, restaurant reservations, water in our room, phone number to room service and so on. That was a really nice feature. We appreciated it a lot.

Pagamos el brazalete para tener acceso al Beso. El ambiente es bastante relajado en esa sección, hay actividades durante el dia baatante amenas, el equiponde animación es muy amable. El servicio del poolbar excelente ofreciendote diferentes bebibidas muy bien equilibradas. Hay un jacuzzi al aire libre exelente para descansar. Unico incoveniente el sol es muy fuerte y aun con sombrillas no es suficiente para cubrirte del sol. El concierge muy arwnto nos hizo reservas en los restaurantes. La comida muy rica a excepción del mexicano, que no nos gusto, ojo somos mexicanos jejeje. Yo hubiera preferido un restaurante dominicano, ya que vamos a conocer otra cultura y otros sabores En general a pesar de luego son muy serios son muy amables y atentos siempre Gracias por una excelente semana
