"EL HOTEL nos encanto desde que llegamos la atencion de nuestro asistente personal exelente persona Luis Mateo , muy amable y muy preocupado, siempre pendiente hizo posible que nuestra estancia fuera placentera ,la habitacion limpia siempre, en cuanto el bar y las instalaciones muy bueno todo, felicitar por el buen servicio y las comidas ,la playa super "

"My wife and I have been to a lot of all inclusive but this was a first for the Excellence Collection. The resort is beautiful and the employees are great. We typically go to bed early on vacations from being out in the sun all day but we managed to enjoy the night entertainment which we found really fun. "I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come to this resort. The service is not the best also the food. Pools are not the cleanest if you traveling with kids. The beach is beautiful but it’s self service not even once from staff comes to the beach ask you for drinks compared to different resorts. "
