The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out.

Room equipment need maintenance. The first room doesn’t have air conditioning system while the second one doesn’t have a partition door at the shower. Everything else was good

My haband and I would have preferred a room with a blacony as i requested when I made the reservation. The room we were registered to was ocean front with garden. It was big, beautiful but dusty. The telephone, side table, bathroom and closets were all dusty. Its seemed like the room was not used in months. There were no snacks available or tea (not everyone is a coffee drinker). The restaurants were clean but when it came to food, it was 50/50. The Mexican restaurant, all meats were delicious but the tamales, discusting. Please remove from menu. Its a total disrespect to the mexican cuisine. The seafood restaurant need more options for example fish and chip for the European tourists or a paella for the Spanish/ South Americans. You can add griled Octopus or squid as an appitizer. We ordered the black spaghetti but it was too salty. The crispy muscle were crispy but dry amd chewy. The food at the Spaniard restaurant was delicious, the staff was also great. The buffet had a large selection of food but it was lacking traditional Domincan food. Tourists, especially the spanish speaking tourists would love to eat tradicional Domincan 🇩🇴 food. Beach was clean and beautiful but it would be great for some drink service or and open grill with some basic finger food for all the beach lovers. There should be a rule where no one should be able to hold beach recliners. I saw people drop there belonging on the beach recliners at 9am, leave and not come back till midday. Recommend 50/50.

The whole experience was not what it should have been or could have been. All started with the wrong room and dellaling with a supervisor that claimed he was going to make things right. The staff was not friendly and the food was less than average compaired to other places. I would tell anyone who asked to not go there and just save your money and go to a different resort.

My room was spotless the staff was excellent their english is pretty good.Their standards are impressive. I will be going again very soon a great place for a vacation the pool the beach the rooms the food the entertainment the spa all excellent.

Good value overall, lots of activities - food is good. Best to get upgrade to have a concierge get you dinner reservations . People are friendly. I’d go back

The service was very, very poor if you’d like cold food this is the resort for you if you like people who don’t like you because of who you are, this is the Resort for you. The customer service was a zero at the front desk. The weight staff grades the bartenders, remarkable the housekeepers fantastic but again if you feel like Whole Foods, this is a resort for you. I try to to make a reservation for dinner at one of the restaurants and for the time I was there I was unable to get that so I had to stick with the buffet or go outside, which we went outside.

On the 17th I checked in, my husband was at the casino and I was unpacking in the room. I was in my pajamas and layed down at 1045pm I heard a knock on my door I got up to go to the door and then the door opened. Two people were at my door they saw me and said oh wrong room and closed the door. I called the front desk and they told me maybe you ordered room service? I said no, they said maybe you ordered towels? I said no, they were trying to dismiss what just happened. I insisted on speaking to the manager and she was too busy to talk to me. They said she would call me back. I waited and when she called me back she went over the same things again. Maybe you order housekeeping, maybe you ordered linens. I insisted I didn’t. I told her I am a female, alone in my room in a foreign country and I do not feel safe. She told me to let her know if I wanted to check out. I was upset, I didn’t expect this kind of answer. I hung up the phone. I bolted the door and waited for my husband to return. Thinking I would need to let him into the room. When he got to the room he tapped his room key and the dead bolt released. I was shocked. The dead bolt serves no purpose if it will open when a key card is used. Fast forward to Monday, I got food poisioning and I was in bed unable to do anything. What a horrible experience The power went out in our building twice, the water was shut off twice and at the end of our stay the elevator broke for the last 3 days. Making checkout more difficult.

The variety of restaurants and Bars, the great areas to shop to walk, and to relax. The pools are great, good for kids and pools for adults only. Great for couples and for families

The room felt neglected, outdated and overall not clean. Bugs and cockroaches were found on the premise. The staff wasn’t very helpful and it felt like you had to chase them to complete a simple request such as filling the shampoo holder or replacing stained sheets and pillows. The rooms are big but be ready for doorless showers and bathroom does with no locks for family style (maybe more couples only)

The restaurant food seemed low grade, buffet food was ok. Salad option was good but no good dressing. Breakfast buffet was good. Lack of chairs/people saving them and never used them. The staff was great! The shows were great!

De todas las veces en un resort en punta cana esta fue mi peor experiencia desde la limpieza de la habitación hasta la limpieza en los restaurantes los tenedores y las cucharas estaban sucios tenía que limpiarlos yo con agua y la servilleta los platos siempre estaban con residuos de comida también la comida siempre estaba súper fría el menú era el mismo de todos los días desayuno almuerzo y cena la playa siempre estaba sucia con los vasos de la bebidas nunca pasaban recogiéndolos las personas no fueron amables, pedí una pasta y la trabajadora parecía que estaba enojada conmigo y no solo eso la pasta me cayó súper mal y estuve con vomito toda la noche aparte de eso parece un centro comercial con tantas tiendas y sobretodo súper caro al final del día me dijeron si tu queja sobre la comida y la limpieza no es nada nuevo todos los que se van de aquí siempre tienen la misma queja, so si mi opinión cuenta no les recomiendo este lugar!
