Cari Hotel di La Altagracia

"Excelente todo"

"Great for Kids, but Service and Safety Need Improvement We stayed at Serenade Caribe Family Resort from October 20–24, 2026, with our young children. The resort is beautiful, and our kids loved the water park and pool-access room. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some staff were friendly, while others seemed rude and unwelcoming. We also experienced language barriers. For an international resort, better English-speaking support would help. The buffet was our biggest frustration....

"Seems like there is systemic cultural amongst staff where they are pressured to sell. The way staff literally scanned you from head to toe, just to pivot a sale was uncomfortable noticeable. The high pitch sales for excursions and timeshare made our vacation less relaxing and more of a stressful stay. Putting side the staff from Paradise Pass, the Hard Rock Hotel staff seems as though they are unequipped to service customers and more oriented towards sales. While checking in, the staff never...

"Property was nice but the food was absolutely terrible. Being in such a nice place for 4 nights and every meal just wasn’t good. Water smelled funny that wasn’t bottled and sodas were flat. The buffet food was almost inedible. There’s no real management or chefs around to speak too and front desk was not the best. For all inclusive good food is a must!!!"

"Overall good experience, friendly chefs, cleaners and staff. I only had issue with the phones. I found it difficult to call the fronk desk from the comfort of my room."

"Este Hotel a mi esposa y a mí nos encantó mucho, la hospitalidad, el trato y limpieza. Todo fue excepcional. Hotel 100% recomendado."

"VERY GOOD!"

"We enjoyed the stay from start to finish. The staff took care of everything"

"It was uniquely disorganized. I saw long lines at the restaurants and people getting into fights to get food."

"Beautiful beach front property with plenty of covered seating on beach, clean pools, whirlpool overlooking the beach. Helpful resort app. All inclusive!! Great restaurants and bars all included. Staff helpful and constantly cleaning. Night time turn down service and drinks are refilled in your minibar daily and upon request. Great “at your service” line."

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and escorted to a waiting area while we were checked in. We were introduced to Angelo, our butler who told us about the property and amenities and offered his help 24/7. As we had been traveling for hours we were hungry. We went to the sports bar for a quick bite. My food came out cold without the meat (nachos with ribs or rib meat). I waited after my husband told the server the order was wrong just to sit there without getting my corrected order and forced to...
