"Wow, where do I begin property look abandoned not sure if it was new but no one was there. No service power was off when we first arrived when power finally came on. There was no Wi-Fi. There were bugs all over the place. Hot water would only work for two minutes. Wow, I could go on and on."

"El desayuno muy bueno. El baño del cuarto siempre estaba húmedo. El estarctor estaba tan sucio que no sacaba la humedad ni el olor. Hay música en la noche y si estás en los pisos de arriba se va a escuchar. Nosotros estábamos en el 3ro y se escuchaba."

"One of the worse resorts I have ever been to the staff was not friendly at all… they never told you that you need reservations to eat at the restaurants on the resort… the resort was very very small.. there were no elevators… we finally made as reservation to eat no one never came to our table after 15min so we just got up & left horrible I would not ever come back here it’s soooo much more to be said about this resort.. check in time was 3 they didn’t let us check in until after 4:30 because...

"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."
