"From outside the room the room number plate was missing. Our private rooftop pool was dirty and never cleaned in the six nights we were there. The blackout curtains were missing and we couldn’t sleep past 5am from the sunlight. Staff kept saying they’d look into it and then tried installing it our last night there when we were going to dinner."

"It was beautiful. The property is very spacious so I didnt feel as tho all the guests were on top of each other. Food was good, drinks were good. Very laid back atmosphere with activities and entertainment daily and nightly. We will be returning"
