The room was clean and well-maintained, but we found there to be some mildew in the shower stall. The electrical receptacles were insufficient and not so easy to access. The furniture was dated although functional. I had to contact service desk to have in-room safe repaired. Some time was taken in my wait for technician to arrive to service the device.
We found all of the staff very attentive, pleasant and friendly with smiles all around throughout the resort.
The drinks were plentiful whenever desired, the food was also always available for snacking if desired, while the breakfast buffet was abundant and widely varied and the restaurants on site were also easy to access. This included the chair lift on the beautiful staircase, accommodating my wife's moderate ambulatory needs cheerfully operated by security attendant. The restaurants had satisfactory portions. However, we found the food although reasonably tasty, was not quite up to our expectations with respect to quality.
We found the pool was great, expansive and well-maintained as were the deck facilities (cots, towels), although some of the pavement was quite rough and should be resurfaced.
The grounds were quite lovely and meticulously maintained. The staff and services were always available and helpful whenever needed.
