"I was upgraded to membership and even that was disappointing. The phone in my room didn’t work even after several visits from the staff. My children cut the feet in the pool due to missing tiles. The kids and teens club is a joke. No staff even show up to the room. The food is terrible is you wan to eat processed food, salt and concentrated juice that’s fine. The entertainment was terrible. The beach was full of seaweed and people bothering you for money or selling things. I would NEVER...
