Great all-inclusive with fantastic staff. We were especially impressed with the unexpected personal butler/concierce service. Cesar was absolutely amazing. The only downside at this resort was the beach which was rocky ... however, the sunrise view from the beach was stunning and the pools at the resort made up for it.

Overall, this experience was really nice. The rooms were nice and spacious, the pools were great, the beach was lovely, and the food was also very good as well. The only downside was that we had to wait a little while for our room to be ready. Check in was 3 pm, but our room wasn't ready until about 3:30 or so. It was still a great experience in spite of the wait time. I'd definitely return to this resort again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room was clean, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the towels were plush and soft for the first two days, but the replacements were rough on the skin. After sunbathing, a low-quality towel is the last thing you want. the food quality in the buffet and restaurants was lacking. Also, only one elevator was operational, which made navigation inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level. I don't love buffets and that is the main food choice available for breakfast and lunch. There is a great coffee shop though that sells sandwiches and pastries and cakes that we started going to instead of the buffet and that worked out great. We loved sitting on the beach, we could always find seats with shade and there was a great breeze.
