Really nice trip, Resort has a nice relaxed vibe, good amenities, excellent beach, wonderful helpful staff. Suite have plenty of room for families. Although the bathroom and shower setups are a little awkward, because you need to step into main room out of shower, but we made it work. Our Beach attendant and bartender took care of us everyday, making sure we could relax, enjoy drinks and food right on the beach. Erik and Alexander were top notch, Rock Stars, they made us feel so comfortable and really took our vacation another level!! Thank you

We spent most of our time on the beach but the pool was amazing with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. You could find a quiet place or a lively place. The pool is huge.

I celebrated my 60th birthday at this resort with a group of 10, and the experience was unforgettable. The attention to detail from the staff was absolutely over the top and made our stay truly special. The rooms were amazing, and overall this is the best resort I have stayed at in the Caribbean. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel outline and facilities are very well designed. Location is excellent and the beach is amazing. Reasons we don’t give it full rating: i. In-room jacuzzi cold water was not working, so we couldn’t use it. Hotel staff did not repair it; ii. Restaurants are predominantly first-come first-serve, which forces you to dine at 6:00PM or otherwise eat always at the buffet, as the waiting list gets filled up and takes too long. A reservation system would be better; iii. Room towels were missing one day and although we called 4 times, they never brought them. We had to dry ourselves after shower with sand-filled beach towels; iv. Accepting senior year crowds of teenagers and mixing this with families made us uncomfortable - too many drunk youngsters doing crazy things around kids. Entertainment team was very good. Food quality was good. Kids club is great.

We stayed 7 nights at the Majestic Elegance. This resort is in the middle of its two sister resorts, so it feels like you have your own chunk of the beach. The pools are great and very very well-maintained. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable! The food was enjoyable with an excellent variety of options each night between the 5 restaurants and the buffet, which has a different theme every night. We did not manage to attend any theater events, but there were shows every single night and plenty of great live music for your enjoyment. We booked two excursions which was made easy by the resort’s excursion partner; we simply talked to the lobby representative who gave us all the details. Not to mention, every single staff member greeted guests with a smile. We felt welcomed every step of the way during our stay and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

The staff was so friendly. Rooms were huge. Drinks were plentiful and anything you wanted. Pool was great, swim up bar amazing. Grounds were beautiful.

The pool on the swim up bar side was completely unacceptable. There was probably about 15-20% of the tiles missing and I cut my toe on the first day there so bad that it ruined the next 3 days for me. The swim up bar itself had a horrible septic tank smell that wafted from behind the bar which came and went all day long. The pool side loungers were so worn and saggy that you ended up sitting on the bars underneath. The white plastic drain grate that surrounds the pool was brittle and falling apart. There were a number of occasions that we watched people step in it and break through it. We witnessed about 1/2 dozen people cut up there feet between that and the tiles. In our room, one of the sinks took forever to drain which left a horrible scum in it all the time and there was no fan in the toilet/shower area which seems really odd and made the room smell. The staff where 5 star though and helped make our stay a little more enjoyable

This place is the best!!!! The whole place was clean, not even a leaf on the walkways! The swim up bar was amazing. The staff is so much fun and keep you entertained. They are so friendly and will do anything to help you. The food was great and had a wide variety of options. The steak house was my favorite, the steak was the size of my head. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you could smell the cleaning products they used when you walked into the room everyday. I have no complaints about this place!

We loved our butler, Gabriel. He did everything he could to help make our stay enjoyable. Food was plentiful and we could always find something we liked. Club pools were immaculate and we had no trouble finding chairs near the pool or beach. The staff at this hotel are incredible and we’ll definitely return! Beautiful place!

The staff and everybody was amazing. Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. And I have yet to receive my refund yet. If anybody can help out please reach out.

Beach is good, entertainment not bad, pools are well designed. Here are the issues: [a] Good English speaking staff required in reception - current staff unfocused & ill-mannered [b] Stagnated Water easement in mangroves - stinks [c] Bathroom drainage stinks when dry [d] Room drawers stuck and difficult to open [e] AC doesn't cool consistently [f] Only 9 doors & See-Sea restaurants are ok - the omelette station staff do not appear to know how much salt and pepper required for taste [g] Elevator floors numbering is ridiculous [h] Too much variety of food in flavors restaurant but not tasty [i] Guests should be allowed at least one restaurant option outside the main resort chain [j] No free floaties at the pools - very inconvenient [k] Phone handset was not working in the room, only works on speaker after much trial and error [l] Too many cats near guest walking areas [m] Not enough floaties for adults even in the shops
