We truly enjoyed staying at the Majestic Elegance. The rooms were very comfortable, clean ( the cleaning crew comes by to clean our rooms 2 times/day), amazing! The food was okay to good, and some restaurants had really good-quality food that tasted amazing. But most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and genuine—shoutout to Oscar at the Flavor and the Gourmand restaurants (we can call him our friend). Oscar is really professional, personal, and friendly, and all of those good qualities are just at the right amount. We truly enjoy chatting with him. He is attentive to all of his customers, not only us, but when he stopped by our table, he managed to make it memorable for us. Marcos at the piano bar was another person, we are not drinkers, but we had to stop by his bar every night just to chat with him. A couple more people to mention were the staff who work at the main gathering place. When my heels accidentally got stuck in the drain catcher, many staff members quickly came over to help get it out ( we didn't catch their names). We were so appreciative that they all made our experience and vacation unforgettable. Everyone worked hard at the Majestic; they seemed to work long hours as well, but remained pleasant, and that is the true charm of this place, which makes us want to go back to the Dominican Republic and to stay at the Majestic Elegance again. This is our first time, but we will surely go back to visit our friends Oscar and Marcos again.

All around a really bad experience. We booked two rooms, one of which had high humidity and smelled of mold, the other of which had a slight sewage smell at times when the conditioner ran. Aside from that, they did not have clean sheets and blankets. Either they were stained or were older, and we had to ask the staff many times to change them. The beach is beautiful. It was my third time in this resort but I am not going back again. Sanitation was non-existent all the way around. From the glassware and tableware to the food, which had flies hovering around it. Staff also expects tips heavily and is ruder than previously, although some were okay. We’ve been to the Dominican Republican before many times and it was never like this.

Cleaning staff was not friendly. ,did not greet or ask if we needed anthing....entertainment staff was outstanding...great vibes. Service staff was excellent...Ramon, Carlos, and Stephany were amazing.

The entire stay was incredible. Our butler Guzman was absolutely attentive and great at his job! The bartender Roberto in the lobby bar makes the best drinks! At the Club access pool by the beach, Joel and Santa make sure you are taken care of 24/7. The room service was excellent and always had fresh towels. The food at the steak house - churrasco and salmon was delicious. The hibachi was delicious. And we loved the lunch lamb and pasta at il bottacio. They have everything you could possibly ask for for their breakfast buffet and you can have it while looking at the beautiful ocean! Stunning views from see and sea buffet

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana had the highest level of service of the three resorts I have stayed at in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, all around fantastic. One suggested improvement is to heat the adult pool.
