"The hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Our front desk clerk made sure we had everything we needed and even checked with us frequently to make sure we were ok. "Bldg Rm 7209 was cold damp and musty, I couldn’t get the temp above 18.5 - 19, even though I finally switched to heat set at 22. It never changed. I actually took the clothes that I was going to travel in and hung them on the balcony. My clothes were actually cold to the touch. I woke up several times in the night feeling the dampness. With everything else being much better, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable in the room!!!"
