Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. "Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, notwendige Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt macht es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, das Zimmer allerdings war sauber. Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht. "The room was dated but nice, all the staff was helpful and friendly, pools looked great and fun, beach was beautiful but short! I would have liked to see staff clean up previously occupied areas at the beach. Food in the buffet was very good. We got to try a couple of restaurants and they were decent. The grounds are beautiful and the fitness center was nice with lots of equipment!"

"Unfortunately for me I came the day before the big fire at the next door resort. I originally booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 because we had to evacuate the building and leave because the fire was really close to us and was becoming a threat. The property however is beautiful and the views are great the rooms however were a lil outdated the bathroom door was all messed up paint peeling off and also the mirror was rusty and outdated, they were no blankets in the room just a plane sheet it...

"The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning."
