"Everything was very good; the only thing that needs improvement is the very old gym equipment."

"The best hotel ever"

"The resort is beautiful and spotless, and the beach is gorgeous. This season the current is rough, so be a strong swimmer. Not ideal for young kids, but great for boogie boarding and surfing. I've stayed at a lot of Punta Cana resorts, and this one felt drier. Not all the staff were warm, though some stood out. The entertainment was good but very Americanized. I missed seeing more of the local culture. We paid extra for Preferred Club and most of it fell flat. Our butler was great, and the...

"Amazing resort, they’re kid friendly and have a variety of options to eat. The staff there are very friendly and respectful!"

"Honestly room smelled like mold. My daughter is sensitive to mold and was breaking out in rash bad. The guest service guide assigned to us (Luis) was no help at all. Every reservation we asked for was never available. So be prepared to eat from the Buffet. Everything in the resort was overpriced $40+ for sunblock. Forget even trying to book an excursion because them make you sit for a 2 hour sales pitch. Then when you do go on something it’s like money trap that they want you to pay extra for...

"What a horrible experience"

"Everything was excellent, room always clean and staff very helpful and polite"

"Overall, they stay was positive, but there were some setbacks. Our first room had several issues, the roof was leaking, the shower wasn't sealed well and water leaked into the room and the water wouldn't get hot. They did get us into another room like it, very close to the beach, but we had to be 4 hours without a room and of course pack everything up to move. The new room was acceptable but the first night it got really loud due to partying at the pool and we couldn't fall asleep until after...

"Nice hotel , staff was great but the food is mid definitely kid friendly!"

"La comida del buffet mala , pero informamos y rápido el hotel nos dio mejores opciones de comida , en el cuarto tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, pero el hotel nos cambió para uno mejor . El servicio de los empleados fue excelente, bien atentos y coordiales."

"Pool was nice"

"Deberían tener más actividades y música en las piscinas"

"Todo fue excelente!!! Solo los restaurantes a la carta le doy un 6 a la comida"

"It was well maintained. Food, drinks and activities are excellent. Nice beach, well maintained swimming pool"
