"The place is big and with lots of amenities. A trolley to move you around the complex that will also take you to the more quiet Bávaro Beach resort right next door. You can enjoy the pools and buffet restaurants on both resorts. Family oriented with a little water park with slides and wave pool. Daycare, kiddie water park. Lots o big pools and restaurants(walk-in buffet or dine-in->reservation req'd). The food is ok, but it could be better if they want to increase their score. The check-in process is disorganized. They should label the front desk with signs that read check-in & check-out and assign number tickets for each line. Everybody would be happier and it makes it fair to everyone. The process takes too long. I recommend the Hibachi and the steak restaurants. In summer months April-October the beach is dirty with sargassum, but if you go in the winter the water is turquoise clear. Lots of alcohol and food, casino, nice nightclub, big theater with nightly show. Includes all drinks brought to you or picked you everywhere because they have open bars everywhere. I recommend it."
