"From the moment I arrived the Barceló Bávaro staff made sure to make me feel welcomed. The amenities in the Premium lounge made the short wait from my room pleasant and relaxing. The welcome team made sure to help me get settled with dinner reservations for the evening and a drink brought over from the bar.
