Our stay at the Grand Palladium Select was great. Upon arrival we were greeted for our exclusive check in by JUAN who gave us a rundown of the resort and helped us to our rooms. Juan made this trip amazing by being extremely responsive and helpful the whole stay. Juan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we would return for the service he provided!
The resort itself was very large- the romance suite was gorgeous and the outdoor showier was super unique and fun. The staff throughout the resort work very hard and are all friendly as well. Only complaint would be somewhat slow service at some of the bars- but it’s vacation it’s not a huge deal! The food was hit or miss at the a la carte restaurants- Argentinian, Tapenyaki and Italian were all great. The buffet food was good, you could tell it was fresh!
The pool entertainment staff were lots of fun! I would recommend better night time entertainment as this resort didn’t seem to offer any night time shows.
Overall we had a great stay and were very grateful for the service provided by Juan!
