Ocean was not visible from our room unfortunately, my wife loved the spa, Staff was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and always very curious. Room was always clean and stocked with drinks and snacks, beautiful rooms very comfortable.

The resort was amazing. It was small enough that you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Never had a problem getting a chair or palapa at the beach or the pool. Restaurants were very accessible and the food was quite good. The entertainment every night was actually quite exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and our butler Arturo was incredible he looked after everything we needed... So much so that he connected us with a real estate agent and we bought a property in Cap Cana. We found it very safe and clean and would highly recommend this resort and the Dominican in general

This resort was 10 out of 10. What makes the property special is the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to anything you need. The food and the drinks were great really enjoyed the French restaurant and steakhouse. The shows they also hosted like the Michael Jackson tribute was amazing. The the beach was so clean and the water was beautiful. The poolside also has great service and you don’t have to reserve the cabanas or the Palapas they are for all guests which is great. The resort is kept so clean, and put together well. Our favorite drinks came from the martini bar, soooo good! My fiancé and I will definitely be back one of the best trips we’ve ever been on.

Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it special by decorating her room with thoughtful birthday touches. It meant so much to us and made her day unforgettable. Dinner at Kabuki - was a highlight of our trip. The food was amazing, and Chef and our server Elizabeth made the experience so much fun. They had us dancing, singing, and laughing the entire night—they were such a vibe! Juan, the bartender, was fantastic as well. A special thank you to Elvis, who helped arrange the birthday decorations and was always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations. His attentiveness and kindness truly stood out. If we’re ever back in the Dominican Republic, we will absolutely return to Majestic Mirage. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean, but not replenished daily unless you asked. Staff was very friendly, Maria did a great job with the crafts, Not a lot of entertainment scheduled. Not as kid friendly as we thought a family resort would be.

This was our second stay at the Majestic Mirage. We wouldn't try another place. The friendliness of the ENTIRE staff is unbelievable. Everyone is so genuine and helpful. The food is absolutely marvelous and you have endless options to choose. The pools are super cool. they are long and you can float to so many different areas. The beach areas are maintained to perfection. The view are second to none. If you haven't been you need to come!! A+++++++++++++++++

It was an awesome trip. This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It's been great. I like the sky view rooms. Eduardo was our butler, and he did a great job of keeping everything in our stay wonderful, food was great, one thing, I think they should make an effort to have more mock tales available as we don't like to drink as much alcohol anymore. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. A cada familia el asignan un concierge que te asiste en todo lo que necesites. Las bebidas alcohólicas en la habitación a pedir de boca y alrededor de todo el hotel. Las actividades en el hotel para entretenimiento super completas. En comparación con otros Hoteles cercanos, la diferencia es del cielo a la tierra en cuanto a servicio y provisiones. Lo recomiendo 100%

he property itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very nice. However, our experience was significantly affected by service and operational issues. We arrived around noon for check-in and were initially told our room would be ready by 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, we did not receive the room until almost 4:30 PM. When we finally received the key, it was not the upgraded room I had prepaid for online. I had to return to the front desk to address the issue, and after another 40 minutes, we were finally given the correct room. By that time, the birthday decorations arranged for my wife were no longer properly set up, which was disappointing. The check-out experience was equally frustrating. We were delayed for over an hour because of a $15 charge that staff could not clearly explain, despite the stay being fully prepaid. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily time-consuming. Additionally, one evening water began leaking from the bathroom ceiling near the entrance, dripping from the light fixtures. We immediately reported it, but the response felt dismissive and lacked urgency, which was concerning given the potential safety risk. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the initial handling of the situation was disappointing. While the property has great potential and is visually appealing, the lack of organization, delayed service, and poor handling of guest concerns made the overall experience far less enjoyable than expected.
