The property was absolutely stunning, pools and beach are top notch. I know it’s an all inclusive but the food just doesn’t do it i was ready to eat air by the 3rd day. The staff and bartenders were by far the best part.

The resort itself is beautiful, but the overall service was extremely disappointing. The food was poor, and most of the staff were unfriendly. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and contacting the butler (Vickiana) didn’t help—in fact, it seemed to make things worse. It was only after another guest helped translate for me that the room was finally cleaned, nearly 48 hours later. While I did encounter a couple of staff members who were kind and attentive, the majority were indifferent. This was especially evident when my dad fell—despite being surrounded by guests, no staff stepped in to help. It took 15–20 minutes for someone to arrive with a wheelchair, and even then, they didn’t assist him in getting into it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their time at this resort. Our family travels frequently to all-inclusive properties, and this is not one we would recommend at all.

Service everywhere and anywhere at this resort was beyond unacceptable. The food, hotel, staff, service, and accessibility to the pools and beaches was just plain and simply horrible. The staff is extremely unhelpful no matter who you ask or what you’re asking for. Most don’t speak tiny bit of English but that’s something you would foresee if the service was good but it’s just as if they are so miserable working there they don’t care to provide good service no matter who is asking. From everyone we encountered, we came across one good waiter who was kind enough to help us 2 out of the 5 nights and 2 morning shifts. Apart from her, everyone either had an attitude or couldn’t be bothered with. My god the food is horrible. Especially everything at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. They have 2 decent restaurants but the wait is easily 3 hours for a decent meal. Furthermore the rooms are never cleaned on time. Stains on every sheets they gave us and we requested new sheets at-least twice because each time there was more than one stain and not just any stains, blood stains. That’s so unsanitary and downright disgusting. Worst all inclusive vacation we have ever experienced. Never again.

I have travelled to the Dominican numerous times, different resorts - so for comparison I feel well educated on it - this resort was absolutely amazing and zero complaints in ANY areas - I stayed for 10 days - food, staff, entertainment, relaxation lazy river suite, housekeeping all 100%! Our Butler "Samuel Jackson" was attentive too as much as you needed and if a request was made, he executed immediately - I also went to the Spa for Massage and then Hydro Therapy and was in heaven!! Food was outstanding, we went for steak 3 times at the Steak House and Japenese also 3 times as the food was so good, Manager Poche was so very friendly, attentive and always assisting patrons and staff with a smile and friendly approach!! I will be going back here without a doubt and recommend to everyone!!

Overall the stay was satisfactory. We stayed at Mirage to enjoy the facilities and entertainment they provide. We experienced few bumps here and there. The staff and our butler did a great job to make us feel happy and made our stay worth while.

This was our second time at Majestic Mirage and my whole family had a great time. Our room butler Vickiana was super helpful. At one point my mother lost her phone and the whole pool staff, led by Juan Bernardo, sprang into action and helped her find it. Love the food, love the rooms, the beach is beautiful, the staff is great.

I have been to 4 all inclusive resorts and majestic mirage was my favorite of all. The food was outstanding. Drinks were not watered down and staff was amazing. Beautiful resort with great entertainment. Daily entertainment and wonderful nightly shows. All staff made us feel at home and very very hospitable. I would highly recommend the Majestic Mirage

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a corner suite after we arrived and celebrated my birthday as if I was a king! This was our 5th time at Majestic and definitely will not be our last.

We had a great stay at Majestic Mirage overall. Our butler, Alvaro, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the trip—he really made a difference and ensured everything went smoothly for us. That said, the experience with some of the general staff, especially a few of the chefs, was a bit inconsistent and not as friendly as we had hoped. Service there could definitely be improved. Still, we appreciated the beautiful resort and the support from Alvaro, which made our stay memorable.

Very beautiful place, nice howter edith veronica was so helpful with hosting and showing the place, and making sure everyday we having good time. Poche was excellent in kabuki restaurant. One little suggestion for in room, to have a clock either light.

The pool areas were clean and tidy. The beach was great! There was some seaweed that was cleaned up daily. Not an issue and no smell. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff were all very friendly! Not a fan of vendor night - they don’t like the word no.

The Majestic Mirage is a great place to stay overall. Staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds and rooms are nice. The property is starting to show some wear and service has taken a dip since our last trip. Nothing that made the trip bad, but it was noticeable. We will likely go back. Bring floaties for the pool and cold cups for the bar.
