I loved my stay here!! I would definitely come back. My room was very clean when I first came, And house keeping comes to clean it daily. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was decent. It was a great experience the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and has both bath and shower and all the accessories needed. The spa was exceptional especially the complimentary hydro bath session they provided also the food was good and the varied. The hotel is pretty quiet there is no much of entertainment or parties as for adults resort commonly do so if you came for action and parties this not the place for you.

Unable to use all amenities as certain areas were for elite members only. Room cleaning often occurred late in the afternoon when we were done at the pool/ beach and just wanted to go into a cleaned room to relax. Buffett food was mediocre. Resort had stench of rotting seaweed due to time of year and the seaweed washing ashore. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is beautiful.

We had a good time, food was perfect for our taste, very good chefs. We love all the activities around the pool and the Dominican night. Maria, Theo and Galan are always in good spirits and willing to give their best to make sure you have fun The beach was very nice considering they have to clean the algae that comes to shore. We definitely recommend this hotel. We saw a lot of construction in the surroundings , so for now just stay at the hotel
