The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better."

"The property was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the pools. The room was very nice. The service was non existent. The food was not good and I almost never received what I ordered from room service and even in the restaurant with no explanation. The buffet was closed multiple times. Entertainment and activities were mediocre. The spa itself was lovely but my service was below average. The beach area was quite small but nice, service again was poor."

"Drinks at the pool bar weren't very strong. I don't believe I ran into a single intoxicated person at the resort pool over my 4 days there. That was a little weird considering the World Cup was in full swing and the resort had a large number of people from the UK that were very much into the celebrations. Everything else at the resort was wonderful and the staff was exceptional."
