"I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. "We love the hotel. Amazing. We stayed in a room with pool. The staff, most of them looked mad. Food and drinks could be much better, a lot better. The experience booking restaurants was a challenge. Food always took to long to come the our table. We went to The Charro restaurant. Drinks took 30 min to got delivered to our table. Staff in The Theater were amazing. Really energetic, enthusiastic creating a enjoyable experience."
