Reservations at restaurants were difficult to obtain even with staff assistance. Was told some restaurants were booked weeks in advance. Wish I would’ve known this so I could’ve been more proactive sooner. The buffet was hit or miss, just had to be patient about looking around. Usually found something good. "The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"Not welcoming on reception, they just point to your room on the map and give you your key, no bell boys, no explanation of resort facilities. Unless you upgrade to Level which we did the second day, the rooms are very outdated and far from beach and breakfast (15m walk) trollies are very few, about every 20 m or more. Even the Level rooms have issues, our shower head was broken. Don’t believe any of the google reviews, guest are constantly approached at lunch, the staff ask you how lunch was...

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."
