"Our room was nice with a soaking tub and hot tub on the balcony. Staff was amazing. Buffet was just ok in my opinion. A big disappointment were the "credits" they promised. A $90 spa credit could be redeemed $30 per day. The other $200 "resort" credits came with so many limitations that we really didn't an opportunity to use them. That slick marketing was enough for me to potentially book elsewhere next time as that was a large factor in booking here."

We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "
