"The property I booked was amazing. I was the only guest but there were 3 bedrooms and a bathe room for each. The kitchen was a nice size, however I didn’t use it. I had a nice view of the pool from my balcony and the beach was great but there was a lot of seaweed. I’d book again for my next visit"

"Good afternoon I booked an all-inclusive hotel at Zel Punta Cana I paid almost $2200 to stay here with the food included. However, the food has been terrible. The first day I arrived. There was a plastic in my meal next day. We went to a steakhouse they have here and then one of the meats was completely burnt chard, and the other one was completely raw. While there was a good variety of options, the quality and flavor could be better. Everything else exceeded expectations—from the friendly and attentive staff to the amenities, cleanliness, and overall condition of the property. "The Good - Dinners…most dinners food quality was very good. In order of preference: Blue Agave (2 dinners it was so good), Mina, Tokimeku (both ala carte and hibachi), Flora, and Mascalzone. Only disappointment was Mascalzone because we usually love Italian food. Breakfast and Lunch Buffets…very flexible on either sit-down meal or just grab and go. It was nice to be able to take a play of anything you wanted to the beach or pool or back to the room. Car Service provided by Talixo…very easy...
