"Beautiful property, rooms have no actual locks or doors on bathroom. Just hovering glass, cleaning ladies walked right in while we where using the toilet. Towel service is impossible, tried to book A LA Carte all 4 nights, booked 4 days in advance had to eat buffet food every night. Property seems very safe in comparison to others, staff isnt as friendly as you would hope and we are Canadian so we are pretty friendly. Buffet Breakfast food is pretty good lunch and dinner not as much. The Valley is a good option if you have trouble booking ALa Carte like we did. The reviews on the boats at the water are accurate as it is a excursion point meeting spot for all the spots. Loungers easy to find near beach/ impossible near pool. Beautiful pools only open until 6 pm which sucks. Cafe has good options, but gave us somthing different every day even though we ordered the same thing every day. And I recieved a wonderful smoothie first night only for then to tell me they dont have smoothies next 3 days. The American bar is pretty good one of the few staffs that make you feel like they actualy want you there. Overall not the best experience, but I didnt get food poisoning even though I ate buffet food every day so thats a plus 2/5 stars"

"This is our second time staying here. We love it! The staff is so kind & accommodating. The food was great, especially the al a cart restaurants. The Koi & Braseria are our favorites! The beach is beautiful with lots of beach chairs. If you want great drinks, see Jeremius at La Palapa bar & Marco at the lobby bar. They can make almost anything. Rooms are spacious & clean. Housekeeping was fantastic! "

"The property is new and in the middle of nowhere. The room smelled like mildew and it has a dangerous path to cross the major street to get to the restaurant and grocery store. The king bed was on the floor. Construction was everywhere and it appeared to be unsafe for the guests. The workers were sleeping in the undeveloped building next to the hotel. Several times we could see them looking into the guest rooms."

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."

"Unit wasn’t what was explained in the listing the pool was dirty and duscusting hasn’t been cleaned . Power went out for 1 day because the electrical breaker broke . Security was a complete disaster he wouldn’t let my Ubers in to pick me and my friends up if we haven’t tipped him that day . Concierge was good and helpful with everything Front yard wasn’t maintained plants aren’t maintained ."
