"As good as expected!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were approached by a sales team member within minutes of arriving and talked into a presentation for a membership opportunity that was supposed to last only 90 mins and included $200 coupons for the spa. It ended up being longer even after declining the membership and the coupons did not cover what we thought when we got there."

"I choose the adult side and did upgrade my room and service, I dont recomend to upgrade to the elite service is no worth it , the money, service, and offering. In general was a good resort but I was expecting to be better of what they sold me. I will recomend tonlook several and better properties than this one."

"We liked the resort. Amenities were excellent. Food was excellent. Swimming pools were cleaned and maintained well. Activities were less. There was only 1 show at night. We were sun-club members but Rooms & Bathrooms were not much cleaned. Disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness and there was no hand-wash, shampoo & body wash refilled in bottles. Hand towels were not available at room. Overall experience was good and recommendable."

Otras noches salíamos a probar restaurantes diferentes.

"We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

"We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price."

"I loved the peaceful tropical atmosphere of this hotel. Being so close to the beach and surrounded by great cafés, bars, and restaurants makes the location unbeatable. The kitchenette and reliable internet are perfect for longer stays."

"They were very nice and welcoming. The property was clean and our room was cleaned everyday. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. Would def stay here again!"
