"The room was clean, the swim up bar was nice, and overall the pools were well kept and clean. However, there were cockroaches in our swim up pool in our room and in the restaurants. The food was also subpar. We were only allowed to book 1 reservation throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because the only other place to eat was the buffet at nighttime. The buffet was not great, there were cold cuts and dairy based sauces just out, not on ice. Would not recommend."

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. "This is the second time coming to this resort and still love it. The only difference this time was the food portion in the actual restaurant, I feel like we got more food last time in the French restaurant. We ended up getting the same plates from last time we were there, My food was great but my husbands food was so small it looked like a kids meal so they gave him a second plate. But other than that we had a blast, would definitely go again if god permits"

"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"
