We loved our stay at Family Selection! The property was huge with a lot of things to do for us or the kids. We loved that there were so many pools and restaurants on the property. We could try a different type of cuisine every night. The pools all had different type of vibe so it was easy to find a place we liked to relax during the day or do more activities. Rafael, our personal butler, was amazing and helped us every step of the way with restaurant reservations, activities and when we needed something for the room. He even made sure that our friends who arrived a couple of days after us had a room just across from us. Our daughters had an amazing time at the kids club and the sport center. They really enjoyed that some restaurants had a kids space for them to play while we ate. We definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time and plan on coming back next year!

What a wonderful getaway thoroughly enjoyed with family! Raul, our butler, understood what we needed and went the extra mile. La Catedral served excellent buffet. Overall, courteous staff, clean environment, well-stocked bar, relaxing scenery and lots more.

Everything at this resort has been a 5 star. I had my own personal “butler” with whom I communicated via WhatsUp!!! Everything I needed from extra towels, scheduled activities, booking dinner reservations was done in an instant. Raphael Peguero has been amazing. I never needed to call front desk. Raphael did everything for me. He even gave me a bag full of snacks for our flight back. I would definitely recommend Family Selection at Grand Palladium Bavaro!!!

This is our family first time to Punta Cana and we had an amazing time at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium. Our room is spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly always with a smile on their face. Our butler, Rafael provided us the top notch service, checked in on us each day and arranged all of our à la carte restaurant bookings. Beach is closed by our room and is super clean. 100% would recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed in the Family Selection in a junior suite - the rooms were very big and clean. The service was awesome - a big shout-out to our butler, Raphael! He was super attentive and quick at responding to all of our questions and requests. All staff on the resort were friendly and would greet you with a smile. We would totally recommend this resort to family and friends. If you're looking for a nice beach - this is the resort to stay - no seaweed issues, big waves. In the designated Family Selection area, it was not difficult to find beach chairs.

We had a great time. The facility is very good and has something to offer to different people. We were assigned a butler, Rafael. He was always available and went above and beyond to make sure we have a great time. While Rafael was fluent in English, the management should attempt to hire staff who can communicate better in English.

Facilities are to notch. The best part of our trip was our butler Rafael, he was outstanding. He is the reason for the 5/5 rating. The service in the à la carte restaurants was not great. We would wait 20 mins for anyone to come and see us. Our room was perfect. Recommend if you want a relaxing trip on an amazing beach.

The staff was awesome. I was actually very glad that the staff was so friendly always ready to help with a smile. The concierge Rafael was great, he answer all my texts within minutes and was extremely help, specially with the misshapen with our transportation to the airport. Highly recommend him.

Positive: clean room . Our concierge host Rafael Pegero was the best. He made our stay memorable. The pools are great. Buffet have a good selection of food. Sport center is also very good. Negative: the service in restaurants a La carte is very slow and not consistent. So difficult with young kids. We recommend to stay with buffet.

I don’t often review things, but considering the time I personally spent looking for the right resort in Punta Cana, I thought I would take the time. This was my first time to Punta Cana and it was amazing. I’m so glad we chose the family selection. It was well worth paying a little more for the bonuses that come along with it. Everything is brand new. The rooms were perfect and incredibly clean. We were right near the family pool and the ocean. The food was fantastic and so was the staff. The highlight for us really came from our concierge Juan. Juan was such a bright spot from beginning to end. He made check in seamless and enjoyable. He checked in on us each day and booked all of our dinners. We were also invited to an Expedia dinner unexpectedly by the pool, where they gave us gifts. There was no pressure to purchase things or book events etc. I just have nothing but positive things to say. I don’t know how anyone could complain. If you have the opportunity, request Juan as your “butler”. He is fantastic and went above and beyond.
