"si eres expedia gold, te ascienden a premium level, el cual es excelente, muchos buenos beneficios. la playa del hotel está muy bien mantenida, al igual que todas las instalaciones, especialmente la parte de adults only. me encanto el hotel, aunque los edificios un poco antiguos, estan muy bien conservados. RECOMIENDO EL RESTAURANTE CHEZ, que es excelente, Los otros son regulares"

"I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better."

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking.
