"This resort is amazing! There are so many pools, if you want to lay low and away from big crowds you have smaller pools to the side, but the main pool is such a vibe! Its huge, the music is great, the staff is fun and friendly. Now….. i will say, the food is not the best, but its definitely not the worst either. I’ve had better resort food, but the property has so much to offer (like the best hotel gym i’ve ever been to!) and a great kids water park if you’re planning a family trip, it makes it all worth it, "

"Not welcoming on reception, they just point to your room on the map and give you your key, no bell boys, no explanation of resort facilities. Unless you upgrade to Level which we did the second day, the rooms are very outdated and far from beach and breakfast (15m walk) trollies are very few, about every 20 m or more. Even the Level rooms have issues, our shower head was broken. Don’t believe any of the google reviews, guest are constantly approached at lunch, the staff ask you how lunch was and if you would like to give them a review and wait until you do it in front of them, I seen it multiple times. "

"Overall we absolutely loved our stay. The variety of activities and food was great. And the different environments from quiet pools to party music had us entertained and relaxed the entire time. I do wish there was a jacuzzi by a pool but the 25 min at the hydro spa was good too. We had a swim up pool which made it nice for slow nights or quiet private mornings. The shows in the theater were great entertainment after dinners and the games in the pool were fun to watch"
