"Great resort to stay in!!! "

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is hit or miss if they are helpful or not. The resort is large so use the tram system that goes around to get places. We were given the wrong type of room initially, then went back to the lobby and received the right rooms. I attempted to purchase a bed at the beach and could not find any staff or anyone to help me, so I cancelled it. I was scammed by one of the many people on the beach selling "excursions" they told me one price and charged my card 2x what was agreed. The food was excellent, the pool was wonderful, the drinks were good."

"This was our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort so I don’t have anything to compare to. Check in was awful, rude employees would tell us to step up then walk away and wouldn’t help us. Took over 30 min for someone to finally help. They weren’t very clear on policies and instructions, especially for newbies. Food was ok, just edible enough so we weren’t hungry. Anytime we grabbed corn on the cob, it wasn’t cooked all the way and was very hard. Boat rentals were awesome! Water aerobics and zoomba were great and the staff was entertaining! I wish we got a rundown of the map better. We would have loved to rent a cabana on the adults only area but didn’t know it was there until the second to last day and they were all booked. If you want to watch any tv, bring a fire stick or something because we got maybe 2 English channels and we asked for help but no one came. Carlos was a great service to us though! From other frequent all inclusive resort go-ers, they said this was the best one they’ve been too!"

"Room was clean and property well kept. Friendly staff and prompt bar service. Food options were ‘hit or miss’, but mostly good, with a fixed menu for kids regardless of the restaurant. Nice to walk between properties through a bridge over a mangrove."

"Everything about this resort is outstanding. It’s massive and never feels crowded. Staff is great and the property is beautiful, lots of activities and very family friendly. There’s basically a huge outdoor mall within the resort with shops, restaurants, bars and anything else you can think of. Rooms are big and clean. The only exception is the food, which is only OK. Some days it’s better than others. If they slightly improved the quality of the food this resort would be a 10/10."

"It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there. At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV in the sitting area. Comfortable bed, slept well. Getting ready for a nice shower before flying back to FL. BOOM, no hot water again. Took a cold shower, checked out and had a safe flight home. My issue is, instead of addressing the problem at hand, you are given a handful of excuses. Still, Staff is courteous, except for that smarty one; the rooms are spacious and beautiful, some with a nice balcony, beautiful pools, secure parking lot, nice location, a couple of miles to downtown, they just have to take care of the little things."

"Private pool was a great decision. Was not a huge fan of the buffet food, but the Mexican and hibatchi restaurants were fabulous! "

"Very clean room, very hospitable and responsive staff. Telephone and bedroom TV were not working, but that wasn't an issue. Responded to a broken toilet within an hour and had it resolved in a timely manner with limited interruption to my stay."
