"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"Perfect location with everything around you. Viejo San Juan about 10 min away. Distrito T-Mobile is located right outside the hotel, which was the best part about the stay. We will be back!"

"The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. One employee even came up to your room, verified everything we found, said she’ll be right back, and to our surprise...

"My sheets had a stain. Found a hair in the faucet that wasn’t ours. Had an issues with leaky ceiling that wet the bed due to that we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no running water. Once in the new room had a horrible accident the bathroom door fell on my friends foot was immobile after that and our trip was cut short."

"Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away"

"Upgraded to ocean view. Food was left my our door multiple times. Front desk staff was told multiple times before it was removed on 3 separate occasions. Room was nice."

"Value and amenities doesn’t match the price Beautiful hotel with historical charm. Ideal for a daily visit/ tour or a very short stay. Some staff could be a bit warmer and more welcoming. Mattress could be updated for comfort. Patio could be maintained more. Also, would recommend candles for insects. The modern updates clash with historical charm. Lighting abnormalities in room. Water marks in bathroom ceiling. Bathroom shower not user friendly - prone to flooding bathroom. Overall a 3/5...
