This was my first time traveling to Puerto Rico. I booked this hotel because of the photos and the description of details about the room. Everyone was nice and so friendly, I had an amazing trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I was a bit iffy at first as you never truly know what you’re walking into with regards to how clean the rooms are, what the property looks like in person, etc. Well my sister & I stayed her for four days & honestly this was the highlight of our trip. We loved this hotel, the area was perfect steps away from La Placita. We were able to walk around to everything, the beach, the food strip, Walmart, etc. we rented a car we didn’t even need and although this place doesn’t have parking onsite it wasn’t hard to find parking, the staff was helpful and would let us know if someone in front pulled out, they provided us with a map/guide on where we can and can’t park. The staff were cool, friendly, and helpful. This place is a steal of a deal. I am for sure coming back but this time with more of my family. This place had a pool, although we didn’t go in it the entire time (we are more beach people than pool people), it was small but cute. Rooms are VERY CLEAN. The area is noisy due to construction near by but I live in the city so the noise doesn’t bother me or affect me. & I’m sure once the construction is done it’ll only be noisy at night from La Placita. Highly recommend to all types of travelers. Also this place doesn’t have an elevator but this is something I didn’t mind either, the staff was nice enough to bring my luggage to the room & take it to my car when I was leaving which was very kind and appreciated. The food places near by also 10/10.

Modern looking outside, small quiet bedroom separate from simple functional living room area and kitchenette with modern bathroom and shower. Good location and great air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!

Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!!

The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight. When I booked our room, I knew it was near restaurants, but did not realize that it is in the heart of nightlife. So if you want to be near bars and clubs, it’s great, but you can definitely hear the music late at night. The hotel does provide ear plugs although we did not need them. It’s a half mile walk to Condado beach, and if you don’t mind the walk, there is a small supermarket and a Walgreens nearby. All in all, we had a good stay. And yes the AC works really well.
