I loved the beach access from the property. This location is prime if you’re trying to walk to many places. The unit I was in, was a bit dated however it was clean. The balcony had a nice view. The lobby has a bar and a cafe (hours are indefinite). The property has a game room, I didn’t get a chance to use it. The front of the property has stairs and I didn’t see any ramp nearby so with a stroller, we had to lift it up every time. It’s a nice budget place to stay.

The building itself is a bit run down. There is a good coffee shop but the bar is not worth it. The whole place needs to be updated or at least decorated. The unit was very nice, spacious, clean with a cute balcony with a view and nice sheets and pillows but the mattresses need to be replaced. The location was good and convenient, with a great Lechoneria near by and the great ESJ Hotel next door with a beautiful lobby with bars etc. Also super convenient to the airport .

The check-in & out process was smooth. Everything that this room offered was great. The room was clean. While we only stood here for one night of our trip and didn’t fully use the amenities the building offered, what we did use like the laundry room was really convenient. Great host. Thank you.

With access to beach, amenities in lobby include the delicious cafe; El Cafecito restaurant and a bar. Walking distance to many restaurants and righ next to El San Juan Hotel. The apartment was spacious ,Great location close to everything. We felt safe in the building and staff were friendly. The apartment we stood in had two bathrooms but only one shower. The apartment also had some insects roaming around. The owners gave us a heads up before arriving about the exterminator being on site but there were still a few roaming around the apartment alive not dead. All in all it was a nice spot but wish we didn’t have to deal with the insect issue.
