Good location for a wonderful public beach with lifeguard and chair rental. Breakfast was adequate. The big issue was the carpet was so moldy our feet turned black walking on it. I had respiratory issue while in the room. Carpet needs to go!

The hotel was a little confusing to find because it is in a plaza, however it is in a great location close to several beaches and food spots. However there where times I called for clean towels and no one answered for hours on more than one occasion my shower door did not close and leaked water all over the floor, they always left towels and forgot to leave clean ones. Breakfast was clutch but more like finger foods so no eggs or anything like that it’s more like fruit and boxed cereal. The people are super friendly and the balcony views are gorgeous!!

The location of the Hotel is prime. Good breakfast on a terrace with breathtaking view of Condado snd ocean. The only thing that was not convenient was the parking situation. I had to park at a multilevel garage nearby and walk. Tip: leave luggage at checking, park and then come back for your luggage. And also validate your parking ticket either with security on 1st level or reception.

This hotel is Good for the price and the rooms are decent. The only 2 things i can say about it and is not a horrible thing but i will say the bathroom looks like is getting cleaned with bleach and getting left with it because all the cornes and metal parts including the handles for the sink or the toilet handle or the jacuzzi and the shower they are all covered with rough white stains of like dried bleach. And the second thing is the parking is a great parking garage but you need to walk like 10 to 15 minutes to get to the car depending of which floor you are parked when i see a closer parking garage behind the hotel. Other than that the staff is good and the rest of the Hotel is good specially for the price.

The location is good. The hotel condition, cleanliness, and service are very poor. The bed in my room had no cover sheets when I checked in. Daily service never provided face towels. Carpet, chair fabric, and sofa fabric were dirty. I will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.
