I’m sorry we didn’t have more time to explore the restaurant, pool, etc but this was a one night stay pre-cruise and we already had dinner reservations off-property. Check in was quick and efficient, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The lobby is cozy and intimate - as is the whole hotel. "The room was very clean, we stayed in a King suite with a balcony. It was close enough to walk to breakfast and dinner places. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The house was quiet, and we enjoyed the games in the relax area. "

"We had a suite and it was a great room! Only complaint it that it was on floor 6 and the music from floor 7 club was thumping. We were very tired and fell asleep quick so it turned out to be ok, but if we weren't it would have kept us up. We also had dinner reservations at Mar y Rosa and cancelled because there was loud music. "

It also made it quiet for a place in the middle of the city. The hot tub was excellent. The concierge was friendly and helpful.
