"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!"

"Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again."

Clean all the dishes again before using, they were dirty when we tried to use them, the bathrooms seemed to be a little dirty so make sure to give them a spot clean as well. Sheets on the bed and pillow sheets were clean but I don't think they clean the air filters in the split systems for ac."

"While situated in a convenient location to San Juan, this property is severely outdated. It’s overpriced for the stature of the rooms listed and the one we chose was the king bedroom. It featured dirty bathroom appliances that had buildup residue scum on the sink faucet and shower head. Toilet is situated right between the sink and shower, like theres very little space between these three things so only one person can be in there at a time.
