Parking is accross the street. The staff had to open to let you but they were always too busy to let you in. We had to wait, call and try to get someone to open gate. Then my husband got locked in the parking area for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate. Sink in bathroom would not drain. Towels were scratchy. We were booked to return to this hotel after our cruise- we canceled. For over 200.00 a night…no thank you. "

"My family and I stayed here while the kids were on spring break. It’s in a great location with lots of walkable dining options. The hotel has a restaurant as well, personally breakfast was our favorite meal there. Our room was a bit tight for a family of 4 but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff were extremely nice. We loved the hot tub and the pool. I would definitely come back."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."
