Our stay at HiBird was just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable and the lobby and pool were beautiful. However it was the staff that really elevated the experience. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and on multiple occasions went out of their way to assist us. To top things off the restaurant at the hotel is delicious!

Good morning! They say location is everything and in this case it’s 100% true. HiBird is in the middle of all the action - beach, resturant, old city. The hotel was nice- could use more drawers in room, but wasn’t in San Juan for room, but for the fun!! Staff excellent
