"Everything was perfect. The room had a distinct but faint wet dog smell but didn’t bother us that much. The door closer seems to be loose and made some noise. Other than that everything else was perfect. Hotel staff, amenities, the upgrade they gave us for our honeymoon was above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back soon!"

"I felt like I walked into a palace suite, with the ocean view and gentle breeze coming in. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. "

"Our check in process was really disorganized. At times, some of the staff members were rude. I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value. "

"Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, the additional resort charges of $70+ per night felt deceptive when we discovered them at check-in. It became a noticeable topic of conversation among several guests waiting in line. Had these fees been clearly disclosed upfront, I most likely still would have booked the stay. Presenting them in fine print, however, felt disingenuous and left a negative impression. "
