"What I liked about my stay was housekeeping cleaned your rooms well and the hotel app helped with assistance with requesting maintenance, housekeeping, mini bar requests. I had to keep following up with the front desk in person or by phone to ensure requests were completed. For example, the room numbers were loose on the wall and were in wrong order so I was confused when I returned to my room. A few days went by before this was fixed. I had to go to the front desk the next day and showed them a picture of it. Maintenance came the day before to fix a loose right faucet and said they were going to fix it when they left, but didn’t. I suggest, when guests are checking out, all the rooms should be inspected by housekeeping & maintenance to ensure the room is ready for the next guest. Also, the aster wasn’t always hit and you had to turn the knob the opposite way then what is in it. That was disappointing. You get one room card and that is also used to keep the lights on. Guests need one room key and one for the lights. The food was average. Not what u expected at all. It was not that good. The pool, beach & music was all good! Jerk chicken near the beach was the best and the Bob Marley Mausoleum was the best excursion! The adventure in Negril was emerged in the culture of Jamaica! A little on the pricey side, but you can choose from different ones. We went on 3. Keep track of time when you are on excursions, or you might get left with no way back to your hotel."

"It was just the break I needed! The resort was well-maintained and there’s always something going on so it’s hard to be bored (unless it’s not your thing). I’m a homebody so I didn’t go out too much but it seemed fun and there’s enough options for food that you don’t feel too bored with the selection. Now, they’re not all open everyday and some are weather dependent but I feel like that’s the general rule of thumb at most resorts. I’m definitely going to go again, it’s a worthwhile splurge!"
