Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Rooms were cleaned everyday thoroughly but my things weren’t touched, only things on the floor were organized like shoes. Which I respected a lot. The staff were all so nice and welcoming and accommodating especially with my kids, they were so kind and acknowledged my kids and played with them. Definitely family friendly. Pools and kids water park were nice. The cafe was 10/10, beach was 10/10(had lots of rocks in certain areas but some areas there weren’t any), food 10/10. Would definitely come again."

"Más accesibilidad para el game room, muy costoso, se pasa vacío por los precios. El Spa igual muy costoso el servicio. Areas en las escaleras de carga sucias y montañas de toallas, el huésped no necesita ver eso, parace mala organización. Algunos meseros un poco agresivos con el tema de las propinas. Los agentes de Xpand también, si uno les decía que no le interesa el concepto, te cambiaban el trato al momento. Por lo demás estaba súper, las piscinas, el grupo de animación, el buffet, barras y restaurante, excelentes."

"Food was not great but resort is beautiful. Save the money and don’t buy a swim out room it’s not worth it, they shut the lights off for it around 11 so it’s not useful . Lots of bugs is normal but didn’t like that they were in the room. Beautiful resort though just think they need to update some stuff, spray rooms for bugs and the food options were not very good."

"The facilities are nice. Every staff member we encountered was excellent. Our butler Rafael was the best and accommodated us in everything we needed. The chofeur Luisito made us feel like family and was very helpful. La Lola was our favorite restaurant and Cristian accommodated our needs seamlessly in La Lola and La Adelita. In entertainment our favorite were Mauricio and Jeffrey. They did a marvelous job in the Il Divo show and we enjoyed it very much. The spa was nice and amenities section was very nice. My massage therapist Yaneris was great. We left wanting to come back and will definitely recommend to our friends and family."

"Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Absolutely fabulous!!!! ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Beautiful! Great option for families. Great pool and beach. The kids also loved the game room. The room itself was perfect. We have a 6 and 9 year old who slept on the pull out couch and the parents took the bedroom with a king bed. Having a full kitchen cuts down on the cost of eating out and we made breakfast every morning. The grocery store was about 3 miles down the road. I always felt safe with a front gate and security. The bar had great food and things the kids would eat. The only downside was more driving than I expected to get to larger attractions, but it’s worth it to stay somewhere this perfect for our family."
