"The rooms were very nice but housekeeping came at 4:30 and we were already back in our room getting ready for dinner. However today when we were scheduled for check out they showed up at 9. Property is expansive. Long walk to ester park which was shut down for construction. Food at buffet was ok not varied. Caribe and Atlantico are the same restaurant, but one side is adult only. Not enough chairs around the pool. Show starts at 10 which was too late for us. Maybe 8 por 8:30 would be better."

"The room was pretty, however, when i got in my bed there was a long black hair… i have blonde hair. The shower didn’t get hot water which was annoying and the balcony door was broken so it didn’t open. Everything else was okay except some guests are rude like screaming in the hot tub at night. Also for some reason the hot tub water smelled like sewer."
