Uns wurden 50 € für angeblich verschmutzte Handtücher berechnet. Als wir nachfragten, wo die betroffenen Handtücher seien, wurden uns zunächst kleine Handtücher gezeigt, die gar nicht von uns waren. "Super séjour, facile d’accès. Personnel très gentil, déjeuner bon. Proche du centre, tout se trouve dans les 30min à pied grand maximum. Chouette hôtel, chambre propre et réfection lit et changement des serviettes de bain tous les jours…pas eu l occasion de rester à la piscine mais elle avait l air sympa. "Honestly, this is a great place to stay not too far from where all the fun stuff is in Ksamil. There's beaches nearby, and the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the more famous beach clubs (expect some walking in the heat if you don't have a car). The staff are truly amazing, helpful, and genuinely kind people. They are super helpful, very communicative, and the cleaning crew are so good as well (considering how dirty rooms get near beach towns from the sand and the water). Thanks for having me."

"Lovely family-run hotel with the nicest hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and even moved us to a room with a better sea view. The rooms are spacious and the entire hotel looks new. "Beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location just 5 minutes walk from beautiful beaches. My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin. I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...
