"This was very simply the best time. It started with the surprise semi-private pool that I didn't tell the wife about. The treatment we received was so nice. The food, both the buffet, and the reservation restaurant, was very good. Our trip was so nice. It was exceptionally nice to be taken to a special check-in room instead of having to stand in the heat and wait in line. The only challenge we had was that wifi became unreliable halfway through our trip. We managed, but I expect better than that for wifi when such is nearly a mandatory service in today's world."

We’ve only ever returned to one resort before, and this will now be the second, no hesitation, we’ll be back! One small suggestion: adding a dedicated dance club. While the lobby was stunning and showcased fantastic live talent, an enclosed, upscale space with a DJ, club lighting, and a dance floor for top requests would have been the perfect finishing touch to an otherwise flawless stay. "Absolutely enjoyed this place! The view, the well manicured grounds, the pools, beach just steps away made this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views! A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description. "
