However, the Pink Sands is tired and needs attention to deferred maintenance along with some wholesale capital improvements. The employees were helpful and attentive but they could use some training as to decorum and attention to details. "A boutique hotel in a true paradise. One of the best places I've been in the world so far. Great and friendly staff, from the security guard, reception, cleaning, restaurant and beach staff. All amazing people! Two private beaches, great pool and view. Incredible restaurant, great breakfast. Everything is great in this hotel."
