I highly recommend using the hotels round trip service from Phuket airport getting to and departing from the resort. I didn’t use it coming in, and the process leaving when I did use the service was incredible, easy and stress free. "

"Excellent room. Perfect busy location close to everything you need or could want. Breakfast is plentiful but lacking what most westerners eat for breakfast like sliced ham or back bacon or porridge/oats. There Seems to be more Thai dinner type entrees than breakfast entrees. Coffee is excellent as are Juice and breads and danishes. Pools are beautiful or if you want you can walk across the path to a beautiful swimming beach and watch the fire shows at Sunset. "
