"Large property, with lots of things for the kids to do. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kids loved the kids club, free arcade, pools, playground and chocolate hour! Breakfast buffet had a huge spread and a little corner for kids to take their own food!
Special shoutout to the chef at the beach club! His cooking was very good! Yumz!
Beach had white fine sand and clear green waters with gentle waves, great to swim and kayak in.

"Secluded location, completely private beach with only resort guests, perfect for a long weekend.
The towels are not so clean, with dead bugs on them and marks on them. Better to bring your own bath towels.
Super hardworking staffs especially those who serve at the restaurant, they work from 7am till 10pm. Big respect! Reception staffs are friendly and helpful too.
The only issue is the aircon in the room, it switches off automatically almost every hour, hard to maintain a cool enough room...

"The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal.
Check in was 3 not 2 as on confirmation. Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful, breakfast was of poor quality and lacking in choice, fresh coffee had to be paid for at breakfast it was not included as told at check in.
