It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food

Fantastic stay in a great hotel. Highlights were the staff helpfulness, close to tour companies and restaurants for pick up, the beautiful setting and the breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend. Will be coming back

The signage to find this place was exceptionally poor. We had to ask the locals as maps.mereally quite useless. Google maps is correct . To get to the room there are a lot of stairs. 部屋は機能的で、とくに電子レンジが備えてあるのは助かりました。 問題なのはホテル側からの情報提供です。このホテルはレセプションが無く、あらかじめ指定された部屋にゲスト自身が入るようなのですが、事前にそのようなことは知らされていませんでした。幸いなことに、ホテルに頼んで手配した空港か らの送迎車のドライバーが要領を心得ていたので無事チェックインできましたが、別な送迎を選択していたら、深夜に到着して路頭に迷っていたと思います。 また、宿泊2日目の深夜、就寝中に突然部屋のドアを外から何者かが開けるというハプニングがあり、直後にホテル側から、部屋を替わってほしいというメールが入りました。どうやらダブルブッキングをしていたようですが、深夜に部屋を移動せよとはあまりに非常識と感じました。 ...

No beach; sea quit far away
My wishes, f.ex. 2nd floor - weren`t fulfiiled at my arriving The responsable peron was very flexible and let me change to a room in the 2nd floor. I was very satisfied with the room, brightness, balcony a space!!! :-)
