"Every thing is great in the hotel near to metro station and staff are very nice and helpful even they extend the late check out until 16.00.
The only issue that surprises us is when we request tooth brush the room service advised that it’s chargeable"

"I booked two non-smoking rooms and requested that they be adjacent, as I was traveling with my family. Unfortunately, one of the rooms reeked terribly of tobacco; when I asked to change it, I was told no adjacent rooms were available, so I had no choice just to accept it. My family and I had stayed at this hotel over a year and a half ago and found it excellent, but I would not recommend it now. However the staff were excellent."

"The swimming should have been built to the north of the hotel because the intensity of the sunshine makes the water too hot. Everything else about the hotel is great and their rates are the most competitive in Dubai. "I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. "The property and the room were excellent overall. However, our experience was affected by a few service issues. We experienced a power outage that lasted around 45 minutes, and it took quite a while for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue.

"A lovely hotel - excellent for an overnight stay as close to the airport . The staff were very professional and helpful / warm. The room is very comfortable with quality linen and a very comfortable bed. Also breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Taj hotel. The swimming pool let the hotel down - they are building next door and there was very little atmosphere around the pool area. It looks much better in the photos. Not a great deal around this area as it is situated in the business...
