Paid extra for balloons, cake, fruit, and champagne for my partner's birthday. Reception failed to call ahead; my partner opened the door to see the room being decorated mid-setup. Fruit was missing, and the drink was just the standard all-inclusive prosecco.

"Travelers should be aware that the rooms are located in a very steep hill requiring a long uphill and downhill walk. There are no photos showing this in the booking ad and they must not want you to know this. The rooms are small and noisy. The breakfast area is a noisy, crowded buffet. The location is convenient to other restaurants."
