"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. "Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."

"Hotell med bra läge, men saknar pool, om man bortser från en bubbelpool modell större. På samma våning som frukosten och bubbelpoolen finns en helt livsfarlig tröskel i flera nivåer, helt utan markering. Speciellt på kvällen är det stor risk att man ramlar ikull och slår sig illa och det hände med både min mor och fars flickvän under deras vistelse på hotellet. De ansvariga visade sig helt utan förståelse för det inträffade och vidtog inga åtgärder."
